When choosing for an assessment, you can decide to evaluate if you want someone who&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Outstanding, Good, Satisfactory or Needs Improvement\u00a0<\/strong>for that assessment. This means that I could want someone who&#8217;s <strong>outstanding<\/strong> in Practical math\u00a0but would only require a <strong>satisfactory<\/strong> skill from them in basic customer engagement.
