One of which was her role as Project Manager in the <em>\u201cProgram Pendidikan dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat\u201d \u2014\u00a0<\/em>a university-held community service event that created community impact by developing the drainage system and promoting the use of garbage cans in Sindulang Village, Jawa Barat.<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Clarissa\u2019s journey at Ciputra began on social media, \u201cI was on my Instagram when Kalibrr\u2019s advertisement popped up on my timeline! They have a strong reputation, positive working culture, and they\u2019re a company that\u2019s admired by both my friends and family.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Youre_an_International_Relations_student_why_did_you_apply_for_a_secretary_position\"><\/span><em>&#8220;You&#8217;re an International Relations student, why did you apply for a secretary position?&#8221;<\/em><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u201cPeople asked me time and time again, \u2018you<em>\u2019re an International Relations student, why did you apply for a secretary position?\u2019<\/em> To which I would say, it\u2019s important to always be open to any opportunities that are in front of you. Besides, what I learned in university and through my time volunteering \u2013 \u00a0negotiation skills, confidence, interpersonal and public communication skills \u2013 are the same skillsets that I can grow now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>What we could take from Clarissa\u2019s positive outlook to her new-found career pathway is to not limit your learning because of a job title. You\u2019ll never know what skills and experiences you can gain if you don\u2019t take chances.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c&#8230;Go out there, explore, and find as many experiences as you can\u2026Trust me, they will not go to waste.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo all fresh graduates, go out there, explore, and find as many experiences as you can either through campus organizations or internships. Trust me, they will not go to waste. It will be needed once you get into that working environment. I\u2019ll end with this, be brave and confident with every ability you have.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Any_word_of_advice_for_job_seekers_out_there\"><\/span><strong>Any word of advice for job seekers out there?\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u201cIf you\u2019re searching for a professional job, Kalibrr would be a really great place to look.
