The tricky thing here is that everyone has an opinion. Oftentimes the answers you get will clash with each other, be outdated, or are flat out untrue. They load up on extra-curriculars, internships, learn new languages and skills so that when the time comes, their resumes will speak for themselves. There are good answers, bad answers, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/travisbradberry\/2015\/08\/04\/will-your-interview-answers-get-you-hired\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>answers that will get you the job<\/strong><\/a>. Try not answering the questions correctly but intelligently. When I started looking for a job, I signed myself up on all the job sites, uploaded my resume, clicked &#8220;Apply here&#8221; and just waited. I thought that my resume would do the work for me (Myth #1!). Some companies responded but not any of the ones I really wanted. The anxiety of waiting was torture enough and I picked up the phone, called the company, and inquired about the status of my application. It turns out that my application slipped through the cracks and if I hadn&#8217;t called, I never would have gotten the interview. <strong>Tip:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.themuse.com\/advice\/what-you-should-and-shouldnt-do-when-youre-waiting-to-hear-back-about-a-job\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">You have to be proactive<\/a><\/strong> about your applications. Companies want variety in their employees so introverts have fair shot too.
