This week we released a huge improvement to our matching algorithm, woohoo! Imagine your job post going straight into your target candidate&#8217;s e-mail, all powered by our platform. So if Mara\u00a0and Clara\u00a0have similar educational backgrounds, we&#8217;ll send Clara job recommendations from\u00a0the jobs that Mara likes.<\/p>\n<p>We further tap into this\u00a0jobseeker network\u00a0by recommending jobs to a candidate if that job was looked at by other candidates\u00a0with similar work positions, dream jobs, or\u00a0skills set. This is all done automatically and none of our candidates are identified &#8212; it&#8217;s all anonymous!<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"You_can_increase_your_job_post_exposure_by_taking_advantage_of_this_job_matching_upgrade\"><\/span><strong>You can increase your job post exposure\u00a0by taking advantage of this job matching upgrade.<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Make sure your job post details are complete and well-detailed so that it is exposed to more\u00a0candidates that fit your job&#8217;s profile. Here&#8217;s what you can do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a well-defined job post title; and<\/li>\n<li>Identify 5 major skills required for your job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A bare or incomplete\u00a0job post won&#8217;t be seen by your target candidates. It does it right on the page.<\/li>\n<li>We&#8217;ve limited the number of skills you can add to a job post to 5. This should improve our matching algorithm as you are encouraged to highlight the\u00a0<em>top<\/em> skills needed for that job.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed a bug where the job board page would not\u00a0display\u00a0properly on mobile.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed an issue with\u00a0a\u00a0candidate&#8217;s country and city not showing even if the data was there.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi, Kalibrr Clients!
