Even more shocking is 44% of the respondents claim to have never brought up the subject of a raise during their performance reviews. In another study by Linda Babcock for her book,\u00a0<em><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.womendontask.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Women Don\u2019t Ask<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0<\/em>it\u00a0showed that only 7% of women attempted to ask for a raise, while 57% of men did.\u00a0The biggest reason for this?
