On March 15, 2023, Kalibrr Indonesia successfully hosted their second KaliClass entitled <\/span>\u201cKaliClass: Building An Efficient HR Strategy Facing The Upcoming Recession\u201d. This event was held virtually from 6 to 8 PM Western Indonesian Time. KaliClass 2023 invited two panelists who are professionals in HR and Talent Acquisition from well known companies in Indonesia, Davidon Anugraha from PT HM Sampoerna and Muhamad Agung Prabowo from Kanmo Group. The objective of this event is to become a forum for HR professionals to gain knowledge regarding HR trends.<\/p>\n

The event began with an opening from the moderator who is also the People and Culture Associate from Kalibrr Indonesia, Sekar Ratih Prabhacitra. In the opening, Sekar explained the background, business process, and services provided by Kalibrr.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The event continued with a panel discussion where the moderator and the panelists discussed establishing an efficient human resources strategy in order to be implemented during the recession and how to take preventive actions before a recession occurs. Apart from discussing strategies, the two panelists also discussed the importance of keeping the employees well being in the midst of economic uncertainty.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After the panel discussion session, the participants were given the opportunity to ask questions via Slido. During the Q&A session, the participants were very enthusiastic to submit their questions to the panelists. The questions that were submitted by the participants were not only about HR strategies but also how to establish the right employer branding in times of recession.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To close the KaliClass 2023, Kalibrr Indonesia held a Pop Quiz session where participants were required to answer recession strategy questions. Two lucky winners of Pop Quiz who responded rapidly and correctly, will receive e-wallet money of IDR 100,000 each.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
