This is why it\u2019s a significant aspect in increasing performance and productivity in a company, especially in such a time where it\u2019s only been new to a lot of people.<\/p>\n<p>Remote and hybrid work models, as the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/buildremote.co\/hybrid-work\/hybrid-work-companies-list\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">majority<\/a>\u00a0of companies like Apple, Microsoft, and Citibank have recently implemented, are found to cause better employee productivity and engagement according to a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quantumworkplace.com\/future-of-work\/remote-work-statistics\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2021 survey<\/a>\u00a0of Quantum Workplace. Harvard Business Review also indicates that\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quantumworkplace.com\/future-of-work\/how-to-engage-remote-employees\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">62% of employees<\/a>\u00a0gain positive impacts from working remotely.<\/p>\n<p>Reading these statistics makes it seem like there\u2019s no particular need to worry about morale in your company, anyway:\u00a0<em>people look like they\u2019ve been adjusting just fine<\/em>!
