Throughout the job search, the wait is an unavoidable state. After you send out your job applications, you have to wait for someone to call you for an interview. When you are at an interview, you have to wait for your turn. Once you’ve finished the interview and all the requirements, you have to wait, or hope rather, for an offer. Some waits are short like waiting in line while others are a little more prolonged. With each passing second of every kind of wait, however, you are pushed ever so slightly into the mental realm known as crazy. You spend every waking moment thinking about\u00a0when<\/del>\u00a0if the company will call\u00a0you back. Conversations take an easy negative turn and you can’t stop assessing what you did wrong during the interview.
