Internship season is fast approaching, which means that students are again looking for possible companies that they can intern for. Whether it’s a requirement for school or your own initiative, we all have to go through an internship program at some point in our academic lives.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the <\/span>University of Maryland website,<\/span><\/a> internship is defined as \u201ca professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical work related to a student\u2019s field of study or career interest.\u201d This means that when we seek internship opportunities, we should often check out roles that fit the career that we want. Think of it as a training ground for you to see what it\u2019s like to work for your dream position.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
