By asking how they spent a really good day, recruiters are able to get a glimpse of not only the drive and values of candidate&#8217;s but their potential to grow and learn.<\/p>\n<p>Oftentimes, \u00a0interviewers like to pepper their questions with unnecessary nonsense and useless misdirection in the hopes that this or that technique will become their signature and differentiator.
