Unlike traditional dating however, Kalibrr\u00a0want you to\u00a0find\u00a0the\u00a0perfect person to interview in a fast and intelligent manner.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As a recruiter, we understand that you\u00a0are urgently hiring and have no time to waste waiting around for applications. This is why we&#8217;ve worked on making sure candidates\u00a0respond to invites: 1 out of 6\u00a0invitations sent are <em>accepted<\/em>. Candidates who are actively searching usually respond within hours too! This is a pretty high conversion rate since sending invites are free, so all that&#8217;s left to do if you have an interesting job post is to invite them on\u00a0<a style=\"line-height: 1.5\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kalibrr.com\/recruiter\/sourcing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">candidate search<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.5\">We&#8217;d love for you\u00a0to use our\u00a0<a style=\"line-height: 1.5\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kalibrr.com\/recruiter\/sourcing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">candidate search<\/a> feature more, as it receives very little attention (and it needs some hard-earned love).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Our designer Leroy and developers Chad and Kevin have worked on this project for 2 months now.
