Orly Zorilla, DPM, a retired business executive and management consultant, emailed <a href=\"http:\/\/inquirer.net\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Inquirer<\/a>\u00a0a job description he crafted for the President of the Philippines. Trade and Industry Promotion Group (IPG) Undersecretary Nora K.
