We&#8217;ve received 500 applications for this job opening in the past year. Reviewing 500 applications would be time wasted for both myself and our lead engineer, but we never had to go through that. We only reviewed around 30 applications and\u00a0interviewed\u00a015 candidates. These candidates are those who have scored well on our online assessment. \u00a0We&#8217;ve made offers to 6 of these candidates, and have hired 3.
