Talented candidates are everywhere, but the million-dollar question is: how can companies find and attract them to apply? These questions could become even more difficult to answer when it comes to attracting Indonesian students abroad, who might have less comprehensive exposure to the information regarding companies’ values and job openings at home. We are proud to announce that Kalibrr continues to advance its mission to connect recruiters with inspirational Indonesian talents, not only from Indonesia, but around the world. By partnering with leading Indonesian universities like University of Indonesia and Bandung Institute of Technology, international student associations like PPIAs in Australia, Singapore, and England, and non-government organizations such as AIESEC, we are working tirelessly to make it easier for top Indonesian talents to connect with the best opportunities at home. Beyond simply providing job posts, we are helping talents from all around the world connect with Indonesian companies through sponsored content, live webinars, office visits and exclusive events that really help foster the human relationships. We recently partnered with PPI Australia to organize office tours to BCA and Ciputra Group that created memorable moments and interactions to start meaningful dialogues.
