About Siklus

Siklus is a startup company focused on reinventing retail’s future by delivering daily necessities refills to your doorstep without using plastic waste. At the beginning of this business, Siklus consisted of only two people who had big dreams to create a different way of working retail. Now, Siklus has spread across several regions in Indonesia and has collaborated with big companies such as Nestlé, P&G, Godrej, Mars Petcare, and Wings with the mission of reducing plastic waste and making daily needs affordable for everyone.

Siklus during Pandemic

Contrary to the pandemic situation that made it difficult for companies to open vacancies, Siklus was able to receive a large number of applications. The most prominent challenge they faced was sorting candidates based on specific criteria that matched their values, and they needed the technology to assist them in getting this task done.

The Presence of Kalibrr for Siklus

As a company engaged in environmental activism, Siklus sought candidates with the same vision and values. According to our interview with Siklus, they needed qualified candidates who can fill Mid-Senior or Manager level positions who have a vision to change the world and are impact-driven. Siklus successfully received around 1,200 applicants for these positions by utilizing our database pool. Processing this large number of applicants, Siklus is assisted by our Filtering tool, which makes it easy for their recruiters to trim candidates who do not meet Siklus’ requirements. Along with the Kalibrr Filter, we have AI technology that can recommend candidates according to what is needed by the company, based on their education, experience, and profile.

In addition, the ATS provided by Kalibrr helped integrate candidate information, which accelerates the candidate application process and helps Siklus’ recruiters analyze and make more informed hiring decisions. Kalibrr’s assistance to Siklus helped them successfully recruit up to 70 percent of their current employees who possess ambitions to fight and eliminate plastic pollution to create a healthy environment.

Our platform features were critical in assisting recruiters in further evaluating their candidates. This was highlighted by their use of Kalibrr’s Custom Questions. They were able to post questions that allowed them to get additional insight on their candidates and assess whether they were both a cultural and technical fit.
