BIR-2017

Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)

The Bureau of Internal Revenue is mandated by law to assess and collect all national internal revenue taxes, fees, and charges, and to enforce all forfeitures, penalties, and fines connected therewith, including the execution of judgements in all cases decided in its favor by the Court of Tax Appeals and the ordinary courts.

TESDA-2017

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is the government agency tasked to manage and supervise technical education and skills development in the Philippines. It envisions itself as a dynamic partner in the sustained excellence of the Filipino workforce. With the active cooperation of the private and public sectors, it seeks to formulate and implement policies, plans and programs that would help realize the socio-economic potentials of the country’s workforce. Through progressive institutional capability building, TESDA undertakes active TVET policy advocacy, pursues enabling mechanisms for TVET partners and provides support services for implementation of TVET programs.

PPPCP-2017

Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines (PPPCP)

The Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines is the sole body tasked to facilitate and coordinate the country’s PPP program. Part of its task is to manage a revolving fund called the Project Development and Monitoring Facility. At the same time, the PPP Center provides Implementing Agencies (IAs) technical advisory support in project development and management and monitors the implementation of PPP priority projects. Also part of its task is to formulate policy guidelines for PPP transactions, and develop and manage a central database of all PPP programs and projects.

DSWD-2017

Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)

DSWD is the government institution responsible for the protection of social welfare rights and promotion of social development. We envision a society where the poor, vulnerable and disadvantaged are empowered for an improved quality of life. Towards this end, DSWD will be the world’s standard for the delivery of coordinated social services and social protection for poverty reduction by 2030.

DOTC-2017

Department of Transport and Communications (DOTC) — National Program Management Office

The Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) is the primary policy, planning, programming, coordinating, implementing and administrative entity of the executive branch of the government on the promotion, development and regulation of a dependable and coordinated network of transportation and communications systems, as well as in the fast, safe, efficient and reliable transportation and communications services.
