The Kalibrr database is also proven in real-time, as was done by the DataOn team which utilized an additional filter option in Resume Search, namely “Last Online Activity”, This additional filters are used by the DataOn team to search for candidates who are active and engaged on the Kalibrr platform. With this filters,, DataOn can refine their search and focus on candidates who are actively seeking for opportunity within a period of 15-30 days. Another key platform features like the Applicant Tracking System and the ability to download original candidate profiles directly from Kalibrr were invaluable for DataOn.
