The success of hiring in Bank BNI is attributed to the Kalibrr job seeker database, which hosts a total of more than 300,000 fresh graduate talents, encompassing a quarter of our entire database as of 2022. Every month, Kalibrr has an average of 500,000 job applications by around 100,000 unique users. These fresh graduate applicants are greatly assisted by the job recommendation feature that eases the process of evaluating which jobs or positions are right for them and in accord with their field of expertise.

The high number of prospective candidates applying is driven by the Kalibrr database, which helps fresh graduates with relevant experience and requirements get recommendations to apply with the criteria required by Bank BNI.
